Help needed!

Have managed to download the logos from Volkswagen.de as shown in a thread, for some reason the logos do not appear once i search for them on the SD card inserted into card slot 2 in the glove box??
My album art is showing fine with the music i have added to the card.
I thought PNG files were good to use? any suggestions? BTW i am using a Mac.

I used the VW logos and it worked okay.  Just make sure you unzip the file and move the unzipped logos to the SD card.  If it's not working I'd try to wipe the card, make sure it's formatted the way the unit needs it to be and drag them over again. That way you'll only have the logos on the card and nothing else.  Have you tried the other SD card slot?

On a separate note, I like the fact you can assign logos to FM and AM stations too.  Even old school radio looks good!

I used the logos from the volkswagen.de site. Whatever you do don't use a mac. Once I had the station logos installed I discovered a really cool feature. Did you know that if you went to display station info, it originally displays the logo you have installed, then it shows a jpg of the current song being played! Wow! Both Capital and Heart (London) did this today... Must take a picture.

Anyone else mangaed to get logos displaying on 'station info'?

Fine on preset list but nogo elsewhere.
