A story to cheer you up

So was speaking to my cousin's bf today, he tells me his mate ordered a new GTI 6 weeks ago and has been promised it in 4-6 weeks time, guaranteed. His dad works for VW you see.

I was really pleased for him, and it cheered me right up.

My dealer was waiting for a callback from VW Customer Care today, as of 11.30am, to arrange my courtesy car. He didn't receive said call.

Oh it won't make a blind bit of difference but a complaint is a complaint, might get something for it as well as making your feelings known!
