Bought quite a lot of music on the basis of this thread from Amazon.  I used to buy through iTunes, but Amazon have such a slick system now and it seems to figure out your music tastes a bit better than iTunes.

Just bought Shakedown 2 by the Freemasons ( http://amzn.to/1ckbCGQ ) - Sounds Amazing in the Scirocco via the Dynaudio.

Anyone actually heard the Dynaudio in the GTI and compared it to Dynaudio on previous generation? I'm expecting a reasonable, but not massive upgrade.

Shakedown 2 is a brilliant album, I actually reloaded it onto my phone last night!

I've heard it and its the nuts - but it's been 3 years since I've heard the mk6 so I can't compare it.

I'm not really sure if I should admit this, but I have just bought "Eddie Stowbart - Trucking Songs" http://amzn.to/17gFL2M

It just seemed really good value for so many classic tracks!

Got Empire of the Sun's new album last month. (Ice on the Dune) Epic 80's electro dance type sound. It has went straight into my top 10 albums of all time.

I also like Thomas Dolby, The Police, limp bizkit, Def Leppard, The Feeling, Calvin Harris, Robbie Williams, Kate Bush, Billy Joel, Peter Gabriel...... I better stop now lol.

Looking forward to my Dynaudio system! After hearing the SEAT sound system in the new Loen FR (Similar setup as the Golf) I am pretty excited!

I'm going to have to un-recommend Shakedown 2 by the Freemasons.  I was driving around country lanes late last night in my Scirocco and that album had me driving like an absolutely look and I almost stacked it.  The bass line in the first half of track 14 is dangerous and causes you to drive without undue care and attention.
