I think the ecu only remembers one radio code. If you fitted an RCD510 then you should have entered the radio code for that one. If your putting back the RCD310 then you will have to enter the radio code for that one.

No they don't write the radio codes Cab's handbook if you don't have it then contact a dealer with proof of ownership and they should give it to you free of charge.

Plugged and played and the Sec Codes had been written in both manuals.

Cheers Neil, wonder what her parking sensor display will be like?

It does still have a parking display on the screen with LCD Markers from and back only as apposed to markers for each individual sensor.  Looks Naff in comparison to the RCD510 though, but better than nothing i suppose

I would say this is a fair value.  You got to remember the RCD 310 is still a good stereo when compared the standard equipment found on the entry level spec cars.  The 'S' spec or 'Bluemotion' spec have some very basic looking stereo's, the RCD 310 would at the very least freshen up the dash as it is double dim.

Thanks guys, will pop it an ad up for it then as will leave RCD510 in car when I sell it as I am lazy  :embarrassed:
