i was having these exact issues with my walbro in tank pump. i went for a lcr pump in the end and no issues since. if the lcr pump struggles i would be looking at fitting an in-line pump and surge tank.

Hi there, thanks for your replies with my issue, im going to upgrade and re new the fuel pump and should hopefully sort it  :cry:
