« on: 20 July 2013, 09:19 »
When you guys talk about hybriding a turbo, how is it done? Say a k04 hybrid? Is that possible? If so whats done to it?
Or even a k03s hybrid

Thanks

K04 hybrids use k06 internals into a ported housing.
There is more to it than that but there's the basic. There is a guide lurking about some where. cant remember where

A k03 hybrid uses k04 internals inside the k03 housing.

So nothing to do with a k03s then?
How much does he charge?

K03 and K03s are the same housings just very slight different inside so you can still use a  k03s for a hybrid as long as there are no cracks in the housing

R-tech custom remap - k04-001- 250bhp/311ftlb

K03s has a slightly larger compressor wheel and stronger actuator over the K03
