Permanent Live Issues MK5 Golf
« on: 04 July 2013, 15:34 »
Hi
APologies if this is a stupid question BUT I am changing the standard stereo in my Golf GTI for an aftermarket one (I want the Ipod play function and the BT hands free kit).  I have just done it on my Touran and had issues with not being able to get the stereo to switch off with the ignition no matter which way around I put the wires!  I assume the Golf will be the same and I would like to resolve it as its a pain keep taking the front plate off!  Is there any easy solution?
Cheers

Speak to an auto electrician or a installer, but you may be able to resolve this with a CANBUS interface upgrade part from VW.

... it's turned into a fashion show for poofters.
