Xbox one vs. ps4

As above, which one will you buy? I was gunna buy the Xbox until i found out about all the ghay things it does so its ps4 for me

PS4 potentially. But although MS have been vocal/open about it's daily check in system, inability to play used games (without extra penalties), and insistence on having Kinect, Sony have been a bit more quiet. They have IIRC applied for a patent on how secondhand games can work wrt DRM.

I think I'll hold out until the second run of PS4s so we know if there are any problems with it. But I'll go for it over X1.

Pre-ordered my XBOX One yesterday. The check ins, Kinect and all the other bollocks doesn't both me. People are just afraid to move forward from what they are used to with consoles. MS have a vision which is obvious if you look at the details, and ultimately we will be going all digital during this generation. Certain measures need to be put in place to make the transition between physical and digital and that is what MS are doing.

Everyone who thinks Sony will not follow suit are kidding themselves, DRM and essential check ins will be the norm on both consoles.

Plus the PS4 looks completely gay, it's like two PS2s have been stuck together.

The Ps4 is an outright pure gaming machine which is what I want. I have internet media stuff etc and all the other bits xbox one comes with. Was going to pre order xbox one a while back but after intensive research so glad did not. I think Ps4 will win all battles this time. Dont get me wrong I am sure the xbox one will be fantastic. Just think Ps4 will come out on top.

Not afraid of change my friend. I have owned Xbox and playstation over the years. I think I would rather wait until I know more about the ps4 compared to the xbox one before I put down my money and make any rash decisions. NO rush to jump in straight away. Patience pays off. At least when I do buy I will 100% sure
