Did your cat swap solve your 'cutting back' issue?

I had that on the mk4, seemed like MAF had hit limit and was sort of going into limp mode?

Release foot, wait a second, then you could plant it and be back at full boost again?

Mine was peaking at 22psi, but I was only running ko3s, on a ko3 map though.

Standard injectors and MAF though so I couldn't have been anywhere near 235hp/188 g/s?!

no mate, k04 in a k03 shell

Should hit good power with MAF and injectors mapped in then :afro:
hopefully yes, I remember nick saying something about pulling the timing a back at about 6krpm due to the lack of fuel, which was down to an old filter and pump. they are now upgraded too.

the cat swap improved it vastly I should say, I can still feel bit of a soft limit around 5.5-6k.
I am running standard maf and injectors on a k03s custom map.
it is peaking around 22-25psi but the N75 is doing its job and clipping it.

Buggar, mine was running on one of those 3" systems with no cat, so that ain't going to be my issue then

Mine used to cut back to about 4psi, in 3rd / 4th when about 5500rpm.
