wheel offset - new issue now - what ET to fit 7 or 8 j wheels

Will wheels with the following fit without any rubbing issues


My options are

15x8j 15" et available to choose from 15-25


Or a 15 x7j 15" et available 15-25

Buying new wheels and the wheel dealer gave me them as my options I want them to fit without a hitch
I'm down 60/40 on shock and springs on a 195 /50 /15


Just worried 8" is to wide for a mk3 ?
