whats been done to your golf altogether then barry?.. got any pics/advice on the 4x4 tranny conversion?.
i know the boot floor panel needs changing..
also on the topic of nitrous, if rods were upgraded then progressive shouldnt really be needed i would assume.
if i were to fit before the rods were fitted i would only fit something like 30-50bhp jets to keep it under the 300 bhp margin.
long term plans are to build an engine that can handle it, or give up the cars altogether and buy a shopping wagon.
list of stuff thats been done to my car

TT 225 9.0:1 Compression piston's
Audi TT225 Manifold
Audi TT225 K04 Turbo, brackets and oil feed pipes

4 Bar Fuel Pressure regulator
Helix Organic Clutch
New Big End & Main Bearings
New Oil Pump
New Head Gasket
New Cam Belt Kit
New Metal Bade Water Pump
Bailey Recirculating Dump Valve
Pipercross TT225 Air Filter
VR6 MAF Housing
SFS Silicone Turbo Intake Pipe

Modifications done when converted to four wheel drive:
Boot floor out of 4 motion golf

Audi TT225 6 Speed Gearbox and Transfer box
Audi TT225 Flywheel and ECS Tuning Kevlar Stage 3 Clutch - good for 400whp

Vibra Technics Road engine Mounts
Custom Front Mount Intercooler
Custom Hard 2.5" Intercooler Piping painted black
Forge Intake pipe with Dump Valve Relocator
Goodridge Braided Brake Hoses
Forge Rear Camber Rod's

Chassis Modifications:
19" R32 Style Alloy Wheels
235/35/19 hankook v12 evo's
Porsche 996 turbo front callipers
356 x 32 front discs 308x22mm ECS big discs kit for rear
25th Anniversary rear callipers

Body Modifications:
Genuine R32 Rear Spoiler
Genuine R32 Side Skirt's
R7A Design's Rear Valance originally supplied with twin exit Milltek - has been modified to have twin round pipes
One off front bumper, modified to use original grille, and late type plastic mesh
Full re-spray in Sprint Blue

Interior Modifications:
Brand New 4wd boot trims
HKS 60mm Blue Gauges
Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD Headunit with I-pod cable and Bluetooth hands free
VW Racing 6 speed gear knob
Alpine MRV- F400 running standard door speakers
Alpine MRV - T1000 running sub

the car has now covered 85k miles since new and the engine has covered 40k since being built, the car can either run fwd or 4wd which is fully adjustable via a control in the glove box upto a 50/50 split so doesn't just sit there spinning alot more fun than a r32 with more power and less weight!
