Yeah that is the packages tht is used for the 1.8t
It's not the nozzle that is 6-30psi.
It's the controller that's squirts water/meth Into the intake at a selected psi between 6-30psi.

So you set the controller at the psi you want te water meth to activate and went your cars hits that psi it injects the mixture.

The nozzle size is calculated by the engine size, rpm and power I think (can't remember) but you state a few things like that when you but the kit and they give you the right nozzle
