Edition 35 autotech hpfp and stage 2+

Had my hpfp fitted and revo 2+ software on fri  :smiley: wow! Rapid! Def need brakes now
Gti ed35, dsg reflex silver met, rns510, dynaudio, rear cam, parking sensors, revo stage 2+, hpfp, revo intake, turbo back milltek non res inc sport cat,

I would be interested to know if your HPFP cam follower experiences increased wear with the Autotech internals.

Did you see your existing follower before the pump was changed?

No I didn't streetwise done the work for me on fri car only has 5k so I'm guessing it shuld be ok

Yeh I would have it checked every 20k or so, this will give you an idea of wear.

massive difference from stock and yes brakes are a must with all that added power, GTi standard brakes are poor  :sad:

With Autotech internals I'd be checking every 10k and replacing no later than 20k
Even APR state to check the follower with their pump every 10k.
I've had 2 previous tfsi cars with APR pumps and changed the follower every 20k and it looked fine but there's plenty horror stories about.
The power is great after having a Revo'd car and an APR car I've went to diesel for some economy.
