Any Caddy/Inca owners on here?

As above looking some info on the axle flip. Already on just caddys but want to post it up on a few sites.

i have a mk2 van that has an axle flip but best place to ask is the caddy forum what do you want to know?

also done an axle flip. dont believe people when they tell you to just flip the axle lol

also dont believe poeple when they tell you mk3 gti seats "slide straight in"

I've done a axle flip too. Don't own a van tho but my mate does,
Mk3 seats do slot in, bit of a pain to get in but no mods needed. Mk4 seats are deffo worth the extra effort tho.

I had to strip mine down, slide in the bases then put the back on in situ.

Got sorted thanks for the replies lads but is there any other things to do apart from cutting and welding the bracket on again?

I fitted Audi TT seats to mines. Real pain in the ass

fit shorter shocks

and blocks under the axle to get it really low!

i take it you have cut down the compensator bracket aswell?? yeh shorter shocks are a must

Yea have the shocks on order along with all new bolts.

Must look into cutting down the compensator bracket didnt know it needed work cheers

forgot about the bracket! (as i did when i did mine lol)

i removed my bracket, stretched the spring and attached it to the bracket holding the brake lines
