I have just took out the h15 bulbs and ha delivered up grade kit well its a blue casing but have proper trouble removing bulb from actually unit? Do I pull the bulb or twist at the base?

I'd leave it alone. I've seen a T5 round here with these. They look too blue, chavy and really nasty in my opinion.

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

Well at this rate it will be left alone as I can't take bulb out of housing
it's in my hand but can't get it away from case

Look at the connector on the new bulbs.... May give you an idea on how to remove the old ones

Can't see the connectors as its in the housing straight from the car and can't seperate it hence I am stuck

The H15 Bulb has three connectors on the top, it is a combined bulb and holder, to change it, you simply twist the bulb holder and pull (assuming you have small enough hands).
If you do a google search, you can see an image
