If you get new rear discs make sure you get the abs rings too and may as well get new rear bearings and races.

Before I go to order rear wheel bearings, abs rings. shall I also get rear wheel abs sensors too?

Also don't abs rings come with new discs?

Erm not to sure on that one but one thing make sure u fit the abs ring round the right way as alot of cars allow u to put it upside down and then abs light comes on and you will have to strip the rear again just check the rear sensor clean any metal fillings on the sensor

The ABS rings are sold separately and can only be fitted one way.

if you are careful you can re use the rings, just need to get them off without bending them.
Carefully close them up with long nose pliers a fraction if they are loose on the new disc.
I have a set on the shelf, never needed them on the last three golfs
