Bought a new caliper today, also a new brake pipe, the 11mm union was a nightmare to get off, so ended up bending the bracket, got it off tho, just got to bend it back, then put all back together, then bleed the system... :undecided:

Hopefully will have all day tomoz on it. Hoping get it back on its wheels tomorrow!

Fingers crossed

This wasn't ok...pissed brake fluid out when attempting to bleed the pipe....the new union had 4 or so extra threads..so although the union was tight, the pipe wasn't tight up against the other side...that's what you get for buying non genuine parts..so back to VW for a genuine part now...tried to,save money..ended up costing more now :-/ oh well you live and learn
