Help with manifold please

hi everyone, was wondering what freeflow manifold will i need to fit my golf mk1.8T. i have a full miltek exhuest but not the manifold.. send me links if poss cheers

Then there isn't really a manifold worth buying
You can buy one from ths but your Best bet is to port your standard one

Yeah there isn't a tubular option only the ths cast one which looks pretty much the same about from its abit more free flowing so porting your standard one does pretty much the same job.
I ported my own manifold using a die grinder but badger5 will do it for you but not sure how much.

It's more for performance
More flow = Quicker spooling more potential power
