... and it gets worse, I have to attend the courts!! Got a summons today, yes that was unusually quick, the letter gives the usual bla bla bla, but also says that although the wheels were declared on the insurance, because the tyres fitted are not within the manufacturers recommendations, the tyre manufacturer not the car manufacturer, it makes the insurance void, and so I'm getting done for driving without insurance!!!! This bit I'm getting really confused at, going to be fighting this one in the courts... Have looked into it and its NOT ILLEGAL, there RECOMMENDATIONS, like they recommend you don't drive in high heels, but its not illegal, not that I drive in high heels!! It all seems like a grey area, but if its not law, how can they impose it as law?? Aaaaarrrggggghhhhhhhhhhh anyone in the forums a lawyer!!
