Clutch slipping when the engine gets warm

It's been happening since December, not driven it much since.
My clutch slips really badly when the engine gets warm.
It starts fine and drives normally, but as the engine gets up to temperature it gets really noisy and slips, especially in 2nd and 4th gear.

Could this mean there's an oil leak coming from somewhere?

Could be the crank seal. Have you lost much oil?

Crap job if it is. Not hard just crap.

Sounds like you just need a new clutch!

Dammit.
Only got this one put in about 2 years ago, covered less than 10k!

However, the gearbox started making noises a while back, too.

I have a spare box from when I replaced the engine, the guys that fitted the engine for me said the gearbox that was attached to the new engine wouldn't line up with the drive shafts? So they put the original box back on, along with the new engine.

Is there any reason this new box won't go on when changing the clutch?

Sounds like it has the wrong driveshaft couplings on the new box. Itll either be crank shaft oil seal or gearbox seal. Youll need a new friction plate tho you could clean it up but for price just get new plate

I don't have pics at the moment, but I can get some?

I bought a replacement PB engine with a gearbox attached (to replace my seized PB engine)
When the guys fitting it tried putting the new engine with the new box attached into the car, they said they couldn't get the drive shafts to attach/ line up to the box.
So, they removed the new box from the new engine, and attached the old box (the original box) instead.

Sorry about my confusing wording, I'm worse trying to explain something than I am with a spanner!

The driveshaft couplings on the box is the issue. There are 90mm and 100mm. They can be swapped over
