Independent suspension as opposed to fixed rear beam so im guessing the handling benefits that would come with it You need to cut up the floor plan to accommodate it; its a lot of work........

Depends if you want the extra cost of the 4mo tax and the weight of the 4wd.....I have been thinking about this for maybe next year and i know you have to cut all the wheel well away and pretty much get the boot floor from the 4mo
