Did that extra silencer not do much? I'm thinking along the same lines myself tbh :undecided:

I love the sound of the exhaust....it sounds mint.....all i want now is a bit of popping sound....
2000 GTI 1.8t AGU, neuspeed airfilter,Forge 007 dv, R-tech stage 1 remap, Silicone TIP,3" exhaust system, K03s turbo and a empty wallet.

Not a great deal mate. I'll see how it fairs with the missus and kids when I drive down to Weymouth in a few weeks time then go from there.

Try and keep it at low revs befor the boomyness kicks in  :undecided:

Im loving the sound of mine the only problem iv had is i get unwanted noise from it when either pulling away or turning around a very slow bend in first/second gear. Took it back to the garage last week and he said that something was rubbing on the heat-shield  :huh: anyway he did something that made it stop for 50 miles or so but now its back again. Im glad i took it to the garage as iv got piece of mind that it its alright but the noise is annoying  :angry:

which noise? the exhaust drone or the rattle?   :huh:

It will probably be the middle bracket is too long and hitting the middle heat shield as mine is the same just ent had time to cut it down yet :)

Mines settled now and it knocks over the rear beam so will changing that u clamp for a miklor clamp (or what ever it is!!!)
