Right...The good news: Intercooler is fitted and required NO trimming of the bumperThe bad news: My fears were confirmed, the manifold for a 115PD will not take the Allard EGR delete for a 130/150PD. This meant that after removing the EGR, I then had to refit the fecker!! And if that wasn't bad enough, I dropped one of the bolts and the Allen key, resulting in me spending over an hour to locate and remove them!! Next up is to order an EGR delete for the 115PD, and get the 51mm silicone pipe work to suit.Anyone need an Allard EGR delete for their 130/150PD?
