I've been a little bid happy on eBay and I seem to have amassed a few bits for the car

1 x Allard EGR delete
1 x TurboRevs SMIC
1 x 45' bend Aluminium pipe (which is too small but will be replaced with a 57mm one)
2 x 90' bend silicone hoses
4 x 50-70mm jubilee clips
1 x 1metre of braided fuel line
1 x Twin fuel line separator clamp

This should keep me occupied for a little while

You will defo be kept busy when cutting some of the bumper out. You have to remove quite a bit of a the bumper out to stop the IC from pushing it out.

Why the fuel line may I ask?

Balls, didn't realise about the bumper, but cheers for the heads up

Change of fuel lines is because the standard ones are looking a bit old, and with fitting the aluminium pipe, their weird and wonderful shape will cease to have a use (ie, they can't clip neatly onto anything). No other reason really.

The bumper is no real issue mate. Just requires a bit of hacking and bashing on the inside...I get ya with the hoses as well, tidies up the old ones!

I'll have a butchers tomorrow if the weather isn't piss poor! Yeh, just thought the existing fuel pipes would look a little odd above the aluminium pipe

that cooler shouldnt need any bumper hacking, its thicker than the old smic but thats all! you might want a 45deg elbow to join ur new intercooler to the pancake pipe too depending on what engine yours has. if its a 110 or below itll be ok but the higer ones have that silly bayonet push fit thing

Right...

The good news: Intercooler is fitted and required NO trimming of the bumper

The bad news: My fears were confirmed, the manifold for a 115PD will not take the Allard EGR delete for a 130/150PD. This meant that after removing the EGR, I then had to refit the fecker!! And if that wasn't bad enough, I dropped one of the bolts and the Allen key, resulting in me spending over an hour to locate and remove them!!

Next up is to order an EGR delete for the 115PD, and get the 51mm silicone pipe work to suit.

Anyone need an Allard EGR delete for their 130/150PD?

Not to worry, just need to buy the 51mm version and connecting silicone piping to suit.

As long as no one else makes the same mistake, then it's worth it
