RED EXCLAMATIONMARK
« on: 20 February 2013, 15:00 »
hey guys was out for a drive as could finally get in car. Went to shops after about 20mile drive got back into car started her up let handbrake down and then got a deeeeep noise and a circle pop up with an exclamation mark inside it and the circle was inside brakets.

did i quick google check and found it said brake fluid would be low checked it and its full :\
also seen that brake pads come up as an orange symbol
and hand brake sensor comes up red with just and exclamation mark inside?

all i can put it down to is hand brake sensor altho (according to what ive seen on google) its the wrong symbol as when i took handbrake off i did it quite harshly and slammed it down... OOPS :P

I had the same thing mate when it snowed. After A little drive it went. I just put it down to it sitting in ice for 2 days with the handbrake on.  :lipsrsealed:

Has not come back since. The warning symbol points To the brake fluid. Again mine like yours was full.

Get it up on vagcom incase yours throws something up
