It's not nice! It's like a foul orangey powdery taste!!

Just did a 30k ride on the bike in gym  a lot of clunge in there tonight  :lipsrsealed:

I was asking the owner at my gym what I should be using at the stage I'm at so I've got some Peptide Fusion - chocolate peanut butter flavour. Tastes fookin' lovely!

I don't envy your choice.

What are your goals? If you are trying to build muscle, a 30k bike ride isn't going to help.

Cardio just aids calorie deficit and helps to build stamina, diet and weights are key to muscle building. I'm doing weights as well as cardio as I'm just trying to lower my fat at a fast bit steady pace.

Like tshirt says though, if you're building muscle which I assume you are wanting, excessive cardio isn't the way to go. By all means use it to aid but don't make it a primary workout.

Make sure your eating eating under maintenance as well then. You could easily lose 4-6 lbs just by eating 400/500 less calories a day for the next 4 weeks.

Quite slim then! Just under 13 stone an that weight with some round your middle means you should be trying to build muscle to aid your fat burning potential. Running will just make you a smaller version of what you are now. And you won't necessarily lose the belly.

Eating fruit is good but as a diet aid, you need to realise it also contains sugar. So dont have too much.
