Yeah ultimately it's all about the diet!! Maybe the 3 shakes I take a day isn't the best for me, but there not doing me any harm, and the workout I'm doing ATM, mass bulk with high amount of reps low weight working up to low rep high weight is working wonders!!
With the added 3 days a week 'rest' days cardio! Is doing me wonders really improving my focus and goals!!
I'm having porage every morning! Haven't had brekfast for years! Cut all the choc out and sweets! And I feel great for it!!
And drink 2l of water a day! I drink 1l in the day and 1l during training!
My skin has improved a lot aswell, not as spotty etc!
