so euro car parts sent me a rocker gasket that fits! woo. then i try to fit the inlet manifold and realise i ordered a lower gasket instead of an upper one [bangs head]

started work on smoothing the lower airbox out today for next month.

car still off the road tho :angry:

just got it running, went to the supermarket (about 6 miles away), as I parked I smelt a burning rubber smell. checked under the bonnet and all the oil had leaked out at one corner of the head cover, and left a big puddle on Asda carpark. no oil in dipstick, towed home by the mates bora. felt so good to have it back on the road for about 10 mins.. dammit!!!!!  :angry: :angry: :angry:
