  • Must have a large displacement engine
  • Must be petrol
  • Must be a V shape engine
  • Budget? £2500 or less, but if it's the perfect car then £3000 is possible

no good if it has to be 250-300 after map unless he fits a turbo  :smiley:

Ditto. Audi s3 is really there in my mind too, it's a big possibility. Scooby and evo ate big likes, but evo is £3000 upwards. Scooby is a big big like at the moment.

only snag with EVO and imprezza is Stupid running costs

and the subaru daft engine noise = total chav tastic

a LCR or S3 would be nice

Yeah that's the only downside to then, but as driver's cars they're amazing so I've heard. S3 is really temping.

Most s3s for 3k will be dogs, I'd guess that the same will be true with most evos and scoobys for that budget. My money would be on a lcr or a 2.8 4motion
