Big thanks!
Think I may have to do that or the time being then!

Well I have bam injectors and pump all I'm missing is a bam maf but tbf when I get it tweeked I'm not lookin for max power as that will what I'm after with te tfsi k04. For now its just a safe power I can use for runnin I'm the new engine once it's done!

I could modify (or more be bothered/have tome) the bracket as it needed bending and completely reshaping not just redrilling etc otherwise I would have!

A quick update from today!

I spent the day at the R-Tech charity event and it was a awesome day at that!

Sadly i didn't get the car on the rollers due to it not running very well but there were some awesome displays of power from the other cars and r-tech managed to raise about £2,200 for charity so all in all it was a successful day!

A few pictures from the day, some of you may recognize a few of the cars!

My AGU with K03s was also knocking back to 5psi when I was at full chat in 3rd, 4th and 5th, although I did have that peaking at 22psi, Forge actuator, yellow spring.

So what do we think is doing this? N75 not being able to adapt far enough for the increased boost on a map not designed for it? Mine has a stage1 k03 map on it.

Yeah I'm guessing that's what is causing it!

The bigger comp wheel is just throwing a lot more air and pressure into the system then the n75 has been set up To handle and in turn is causing I to spike!

That's my opinion dave! Though not sure why yours is dropping to 5psi.
Do you get any codes? Do you have logs?

Well when it drops the pressure isn't that dropping it to actuator pressure?

So surely that means Dave actuator is knacked?

Could just be the n75 map IMO. The actuator sounds like it's doing its jobs as it reaches 22 psi and then opens the wastegate. A vac test will tell for sure.
