Don't be tight and just buy a decent exhaust system. It's an expensive car so do it right

I am waiting for a price on milltek's Turbo-back including Hi-Flow Sports Cat from my local milltek rep.  Still a bit skeptical that this mod would require cutting/pasting underneath the car and i'm not that comfortable with that. what if something goes wrong and the car starts exhaling fumes from underneath (don't laugh, expensive car as you said, hence thinking twice before messing with it...)

There is no cutting required - its a straight swap with the OEM system.

Not alot can go wrong unless an absolute moron fits it. It's only an exhaust pipe.

If your worried your best off just leaving it alone really. Alot of people on here have milltek exhausts and I've never heard anyone say a bad review on them yet.

Wait for one to come up secondhand and save ££££ over buying new

It can then be sold on in due course and you should get most of your cash back.

So you are going for a Stage 2 map as well then?

I'm assuming you have checked with your insurance regarding the mods

No issues on my 3" race system from Milltek

End of he day if you aren't comfortable modding the car just leave it standard

That's my point

Reading your posts it seems your not bothered about extra performance so why waste money on a full turbo back system?

Remember if you go for a turbo back you need a remap at around £400

If its just a bit of added noise your after and better looks then a cat back is all you need and as already said you can get blue flame systems cheap enough.

Or fit an intake for about £200 and that will give you more noise.
