Had the last 2 days off and felt bad about having time off ill just before we go on holiday so came in today  So much for getting the flu jab in late October to avoid getting the flu when you can still get bacterial tonsillitis

Will bust out the special Christmas Single Malt tonight.

Covonia throat spray for the sore throat and Paracetamol & Asprin tablets to ward off the body pain & temp.

Swinging by Tesco on the way home for seasonal medication of the whiskey variety too ! Going to try something new this year.

Yep,  been rough as fook the past few days.  Earache,  sore throat, congestion,   squits and stomach cramps.

Well, The Scotch killed off the sore throat.... but it then moved on to chesty cough, which has now gone, to be replaced by constant sneezing and sinus congestion.

More scotch then....

I opted for a nice Port this year, I usually have Whiskey so something different was due. However no amount of alcohol would cure a thumb sliced in half  :lipsrsealed: Tastes good though!
