got a work "shindigg" tonight but will take the pipes out tomorrow (with a hangover) and see where the hissing is coming from - hopefully it's an easy fix!

Found the culprit,

When I took the covers off, I could see what appears to be s0me sort of plug on the end of the pipe I circled in the picture above.mit seemed to have popped out... There doesn't seem to be any clips to hold it in.

So I just taped it up until I can get a bit of day light to take the bracket off to get a better look.

Seems to be fine now now:)

if it is part of the brake booster then no they are not held in with anything, even the one on the master cylinder is just pushed in

it should just push in, I have seen some with a piece of rubber around the pipe to make it snug but I dont have the same engine so couldnt even check for you

I'm sure there's a few things I can do - I've placed a bit of tape round it at the moment just for temporary measures until I think of a decent solution  :evil:
