turbo seal replacement £120
« on: 04 December 2012, 19:26 »
Turbo seal replacement service !

Free collection of our damaged unit ,we will then give you a call to let you know its arrived

your turbo is then stripped and then all internal seals and bearings replaced, then posted back to you free of charge

If your unit has more damage than just the seals then will give you a call to discuss the options

When new parts other than seals are introduced to the turbo it will then be out of balance ,so its then balanced out of house to insure the performance and lifespan of the turbo

all parts used are genuine non import !!!

we do all turbos at the moment we are mainly doing ko3/ko4/garrett t3
we are not a business as such, low overheads means we can provide this service at a cheaper price , but all the turbos when they are assembled they are sent to a registered turbo builder for balancing so the work is warranted from us and them

we are a mixture people who include engineers mechanics and painters who thought we would offer a service to benefit us and you by offering this service

many thanks from all us here

are you replacing the bearings as well for that price? A seal replacement is not much use without new bearings as well, as more often than not the thrusts are failling on these.

Are you balancing them also? if it's come apart then it really needs balancing again on a VSR.

Littco rebuild my hybrid with new seals, a special uprated bearing set, and a re-balance for a similar price....

What happens if you balls it up? Got insurance to cover it?
