Woww is this a ko4-001? It must be if your using a forge tip as in your signature and THS front mount.

Take it to Nick at R-tech although you seem happy with your results I had more from stage 2 ko3s.
Check out my signature and this was acheived using a standard 1.8t maf.

Are you using a standard maf btw?
Look foward to your dyno results mate, Im glad your happy as stage 2+ 1.8t's go really well.
1.6-1.8t AGU K03s, Forge actuator, Forge 007p, turbo back exhuast, Ths front mount, Catch can, 5 piece silicone boost pipes and creation sports tip. Stage 2 atm 232bhp 270lbs. Waiting for custom mapping :-)

Interesting spec, pretty old school by the sounds of it. (no offense intended by that!)

Is it a real ko4 turbo? as in a ko4-022/023? or a ko4-001?

if it's a ko4-001 then that's a decent and typical result, they can be taken further, but many will be around that figure.

if it's a proper ko4-022/023 then the result is really fairly low.

If its a ko4-001 the limiting factor would be fueling and maf I guess.
