Can I ask why you bought a car with a load Of bits on then remove all the bits??

Also this must be your first turbo car I'd do some reaserch about them befor you start doin anything else, like 'removing the dump valve' (unless its atmospheric and you want a recirculating one on there)

2000 GTI 1.8t ARZ, S2000 filter, DSG intake, Forge 007 dv, Catch can, R-tech custom remap, 3" Supersize Silicone TIP, Powerflex dog bone, 'The Beast' FMIC, Ultimate delete, LCR fuel pump, 3" Turbo back, K03 hybrid, Ported Manifold, S3 injectors, 80mm maf = 280bhp 270lbft

Where is the dump valve? Usual place? or has it been relocated to the cold side?

Is the car mapped? If so you'll need a after market recirculating valve, e.g. Forge 008p. If not a standard recirc. valve will do.

A recirc valve will need to replace d/v

You can put on a recirc valve the same as what your other turbo cars used.
They run better with a recirc anyway so beat to doth the dump valve

R-tech custom remap - k04-001- 250bhp/311ftlb

"Project track car" has begun

Does it have an induction kit or standard air box? If you run the fully recirculating forge 007p valve you will still get a dumping noise and will be silent with the standard air box
