Do you get any juddering or misfiring??

Another possible culprit could be the injector wiring loom   :undecided:

no mate it drives spot on and then after a 20min drive it will just cut out with no warning  :sad: but it seems it only does it when it get up to temputer .

Literally no idea. Do you have access to another car that you could try the 109 relay from? What is that relay exactly?

i dont think the car will run if the relY has had it as it controls a few major things. get it compression tested see if that throws up and problems
