PD 150 problem# UPDATE#

Hi guys for some reason my PD 150 cuts out when on a 20 min drive when it happenes it want start straigth away but leave it for abot 5 mins then it will start and be fine iv done oil change fuel fillter change and a air filter change and i also put it on my mate vcom and cam back with no faults.some people say it could be the cranksharft sensor or the egr valve any ideas thanks

does it get hot atall? im thinking it couls be low/no water. there should be a warning pop up when this happens unless theres a faulty sensor

Doubt it has anything to do with your EGR. Something do to with fuelling? Pump on way out?

Intermittent fuel pump relay issues, hence it didn't show up as an error?

Perhaps just all your fuses and relays/wiring etc?  :undecided:

Re reading your original post it could be the sensor you mentioned. I assume you wait for the car to cool down a little before it will attempt to start?

my fingers are mate lol they say its a common fault  i will look at the relay and the fuses for the fuel pump  in the morning thanks you guys  :smiley: as try to find the fault is doing my head in  :sad
