HELP URGENTLY!!!!!!!!! tip

ok fitting a tip onto the turbo and i have got it on,but i have put a jubalie clip on and when i tighten it up the hose keeps coming off arghhhhhhh HELP

Strange :S Sure its the right fitment? How tight is it to put on? shouldn't just be sliding off when you tighten it!
Try holding it on with one hand and tighten with the other, sorry to be unhelpful incase you've tried that, or get someone else to push it on tightly whilst you tighten

tip goes on ok but cant get the clip to sit right the the hose not sure if the jubalie clip is to big ?

Try a smaller jubilee clip first, might make it sit better and tighten easier

is a jubilee essential where the hose meets the turbo as all it does is suck air not blow it out?

i had this problem buddy when fitting mine i ended up getting a thiner jubilee clip.... and i would have one on as what happens if it comes loose and your sucking in dirty air and not to mention water on wet days

good luck with it though mate took me a fair few hours to do the job start to finish lol

Yeah you do need it on mate,

whats probably happening is when you are tightening the jubilee the ratchet part (that you are turning is hitting the housing)
as the others have said you do need a fairly small and thin jubilee on there there isnt much for it to clamp onto because you cant push the jubilee in too far or you cant get to the ratchet part to tighten it as its in a lip

yeah its a bloody night mare took me couple of hours and still not got a proper jubilee yet will deffo have to get one tho.
