With the rears just wind them all the way down before fitting or just remove the adjuster ring entirely. The fronts wip off a wheel wind it down where you think it looks right wheel on, measure, wheel off adjust lol i would say count threads but theres about 100 threads on joms lol

If the adjusters are all the way down on the rear it isnt low at all to be fair mate
