unfortunately this cant be mapped out so needs a separate unit such as this to adjust the pedal feel/sensitivity.

IMHO anything that box can do can be done by a competent map writer in a remap, but I can see the appeal of something you can plug in and unplug at any point.

yeah i think the sprintbooster is the same idea. the DTE one is adjustable though as well as having pre set maps
