apparently you need 45x63 reducer (i think) off the turbo, a straight 100mm long 63mm metal pipe then 63mm silicone 90 off that

also another 63mm 90 metall bend

and instead of 2x 90 reducers off the core use 1x 90 and 1x45 (havent done this but apparently this fits better) and will be doing this myself

also what engine code have you got? do you have a map sensor?

For the turbo I think it may be a 51mm- 63mm reducer? Mine is an Agu and will be a k03s, i just ordered all the pipes separately on ebay apart from the reducer lol

Out of curiosity can I fit the fmic with the k03 it is mapped to just under 200bhp and If so what is the outlet size off te turbo

Ps.. Sorry to steal your post lol

cold side from tb:
63 metal straight 100mm
63 silicone bend 90
63 metal bend 90
63x76 45 silicone reducer
intercooler
63x76 90 silicone reducer
63 metal bend 90
63 silicone bend 90
63 metal straight 300mm
63 45 silicone bend
63 45 metal bend
63 90 silicone bend
63 straight metal 100mm
63x45 silicone reducer

or
63x51 90 silicone reducer

im not too sure on the turbo as i have one that i measured but someone else has used the 63x45 reducer
dunno if the silicone has to be tight on it thus the 45mm reducer

seems like a lot of pipework that Rio, where did you get all that from, I am messing with mine on Sat morning and I will get some pics of mine to show what I have done, I'm glad I went with the K04 charge pipe and S3/LCR inlet
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

for us mate, I would say it's the simpler option

hence the battery moving into the boot
