Thats another good idea but i dont know how to secure them in there  the materials waterproof though so hopefully it will do the trick il check on them in 6 months and see what the deal is ! The threads are the main thing though so the ptfe tape will work perfectly i could even wrap the whole thing in it

What do you think copper slip the threads then wrap in ptfe tape and wind the adjuster down over the ptfe ?

Im not quite sure how i came across it to be fair. Ideally if it does what i want it to im hoping it atleasts lasts a year but then it might last 5 days !

Honestly mate, I put some coilovers on my car, put three thick runs of copper grease down them, winded adjusters up and down to spread it, wiped a load more on and then used and abused the car, mum used it for 4 months and was never really cleaned etc, sat for ages, I got it back, wiped the grease off the coils and they were like new. Adjusted no worries.

Coat them in copper grease and then put ya cover on. Top job!

I've always been told not to use these as damp gets stuck behind them and makes things worst. All I've ever done is cover the threads in copper grease and you will never have no issues.

Hmmm i suppose and yeah i done that to my joms and they were in very good condition to be fair once they've settled and i drop them down abit more they will get a extra thick wad of copper slip
