I'm a lazy so & so and am an utter gym phobe. However I chunked up considerably so needed to lose some. My wife & I made some changes to our diets and I lost 26lbs in just under 4 months. Felt an awful lot better for it. We actually did Weightwitchers Points believe it or not (her sister had all the stuff so we didn't have to pay for it).
We both enjoy our food a lot so some of it has gone back on but I am moving offices soon; an 8-mile round trip bike ride each day will help me stay slimmer too!
