Removal of timing belt top cover

How do I get the top cover off? I'm really struggling, there must be a knack to it.
It was replaced when I had timing belt done, so don't want to damage this one.

Clips are off
The cover is loose, but I just can't bring it up more than half an inch before it snags. Need it off as I need the cam on TDC to do the chain tensioner.
Does it come off back towards the bulk head, or straight up? Its almost as if I need the power steering reservoir out the way or something?

Thanks man. I'll have another go tomorrow. Got really frustrated with it earlier and don't want to break it!
