Lol yeah I thought that also, I'm 77% through the 4020 update, it's getting there

Whelks u use the rapidshare link for version d as mega got sh!t down?

also was the 4020 format .iso? i take it i have to burn this to a dvd rw as well

Yes used the rapidshare for the D and my link for 4020 and its an iso format, so very simple writen to RW

Ok i have burnt the cd but whenever i put it into the system is comes up with CD/DVD Error.

I used a Verbatim DVD-RW cd and burnt at 2x on my mac.

What could i have possibly done wrong?

I seem to recall sometimes it says CD/DVD error even though it's fine. Try rebooting the RNS by holding <, > and the star witht hen disc in and see what happens. 

Otherwise you might be better buying DVD-R's not RW's, I'm not sure what difference it makes (in theory they should both work) but I know the units can be fussy.

It seems they dont like -RW mine was a +RW i also used windows 7 on a mac as macs give errors writing iso files for some reason!
