Scrappies don't go around there areas just a small road with houses on one side with fields around it, no point for them

Very true, which is why Im willing to pay owner for the cars value in scrap, or even give him a most likely a MUCH heavier BMW e28 Sitting in the Nan's garage which will have to be removed before the Stang' goes in (If it hopefully does)

Mwahahaaa I liked it!  dont see why the guy would have a problem with me giving him the money he would get from scrapping it, or replacing it with another car if he really wanted me to? either way the car is a classic and it's not worth having it scrapped

think you should just forget this pipe dream as said any resto needs buckets of cash

Would the dvla give you the details of the current registered owner just like that?
