Could be any pipe from turbo to intercooler then intercooler to throttle body, Check nothing has popped off or split.
Also check the breather system (pcv system) from the rocker cover youl see a 90degree pipe it follows down to the oil filter housing and under inlet manifold, Again very prone to splitting etc.
As you said youv changed the maf etc.
Does it miss at all?
A common fault if missing is 99% the ignition amp on airbox, this sensor plays part with the coil packs.
Dont spend silly money on it yet, Just check all pipework first then go from there.
AGU's are very simple so you should be ok once youv researched the engine identifying problems.
