Ok got the car back and I have to say it feels soooooooo much nicer to drive, the knocking on the front (I posted about a week ago asking what this could be) turned out it was in the end the passenger shock, he even showed me the shock and beleave me when i say it was fooked.
Before Id take corner at normal speed and if i hit a tiny bump my steering wheel would shake quiet voilently I knew there had to be something wrong somewhere.
I always knew my rear axle bushes where shot and they have been for awhile every tiny bump sounded like a loud BANG in the back.
But driving my car home it really did feel like a brand new car i even put the windows down, when over a sleeping policeman and listened to my new shock hiss lovely as my car took the bump with ease

In total I had new...
* Rear Axle bushes.
* MOT.
* Tracking.
* New rear brakes.
* New Track rod ends.
* New wishbone bushes.
* New Front shocks.
* New front shock mounts.
* Something about nos arm?.
And the laybour was £210.
in my honest opinion I say its money well spent with the VAT it all totaled £505 however I also got a warrenty with the work
