What arb do you have and what wheels do you have?

1 - if the driveshafts are rubbing on the arb them notching will do nothing. You need a new arb that goes under the drive shaft or cut it off.

You only need a notch when you have a good arb that goes under the drive and your low enough to make the driveshaft hit the chassis.

2 - if all four wheels are making weird noises then I assume you need spacers to clear the struts etc to stop them rubbing.

Hope this helps

Anti roll bar has been removed all ready and already have 16mm spacers on the back and 10mm on the front and I have rotiform nue 18" by 8.5" wide with 215/45/18 tyres. I can see the drive shaft is touching the chassis. Thanx ian

If your low enough to need a chassis notch then an arb will be pretty ineffective anyway, it's quite common for people to just remove them

Did you replace the topmounts when fitting the coilovers?
